I recently stayed at this hotel in the center of a bustling city. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The basic amenities were sufficient and the rooms were clean and comfortable, although the heater didn't work properly. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a great view of the city and an excellent spread of food.
No significant negatives to mention, everything was satisfactory.

Great value for money with very comfortable rooms, each with separate bedrooms, and good views of the city. The hotel's location in the center of town makes it easy to explore all the tourist sites. Staff are professional, courteous and very nice. The breakfast has an excellent view of the mountain and is included in the price.

The staff are friendly and provide exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable queen beds and stunning views of both the city and the mountains. Great location near restaurants and clubs. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were friendly. We found a local guide recommended by the hotel who provided a fantastic wine tour. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Xmas here and had a great time. Conveniently located near to shops and restaurants. The staff here were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant offers amazing views of the city. It's great to wake up and have a good breakfast before heading out for the day.

This hotel is in a great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and stroll through town. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi, Fi and a mini, fridge. the breakfast room offers stunning views and delicious treats such as freshly, squeezed orange juice and irresistible dulce de leche. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay with great service. the exercise room and free internet access add value.
The plumbing and electrical outlets need updating in some rooms, causing inconvenience.

Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. the location was quite good, close to restaurants and shops.
The room was shabby and in need of some upkeep. the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was noisy.
